The wife and I rode windrock. That place is very cool. The only problem was it rained on the us the whole time. Friday was rain, rain, rain. The wife was a trooper. She said we came to ride, so lets ride. She sat in the seat drank her beer and had a good time. Saturday was OK. It rain off and on all day. However, we got to ride 10 hours. Two hours was because we were lost. We got off the trails at 8:00 PM. It was a blast. We are going back to ride with Chad and group on Saturday 19th of April. Here are the pics I took when it was not raining on us. Ho yeah, check out this top I made to keep some of the rain off us.

| great pics! makes me feel like I'm there again! I love riding in rough weather. Seems to give a survival feel to the ride. do it at 3:00 am to carry it to the next level! |

I like night riding. However, I would have to know windrock a little better before I ride it at night. |

| Cool pics, I remember that old rusty shed. Be thankful for the rain, when I was there we had mask/shirts/whatever we could wrap over our noses for all the dust.I mean ,Im a trooper but the dust wasnt enjoyable at all.We had to lag back 100yds or so between each rhino. |

Glad you had fun. We spent 6 hours on trail 12 it is a difficult trail that crossed a river about 10 times. We were about thinking we were lost when we ran across the marker for trail #9

You need to take the day ride and go to Caryville Flats. It was beautiful. A great place to eat lunch and rest and then make your way back to camp. Its around a 45 mile round trip. Here is a few pics of the ride.

Nice pics!!!!!! I see you guys had the same attire as us on Friday Also, I was driving a gray F-350 dully crew-cab pulling a yellow Hudson trailer when I passed the waffle house. I am sure that was me you saw. One more thing, I thought your rhino would be fire engine RED  |

Did you guys notice a loss in power when you were really high up? Ours all seemed sluggish going to the windmills.

The trail with the rusty shack used to be a nice trail instead a gavel road. The trail used to come right by the shack and it used to have old train tracks next to it. It is nice to go slow stop and look at all the scenery.
Maybe we can meet up some time and ride there. One day I want to go to the Hatfield & McCoy trails in West Virgina |

The guys over at southernsxsriders are planing a trip there some time in June or July. I'll check and get back with you.

| Where is the location you are at with the windmills in the picture? I have been around the windmills but only on the gravel road. |

The carb probably was getting to high up. Needed to re-jet. I sure that would be fun. |
