Materials:
1. Pop-up Ground Blind similar to this one. (I bought mine for $49.99 USD)

2. (3) packages of Industrial strength Velcro. ($10.00 U.S.D.) (This amounts to Velcro that is 2” wide.
3. Scissors
4. Super Glue
5. (1) Helper

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you'll notice the shape of the sides of the blind, It's basically a triangle. The dimensions of the blind are 5’6” wide x 6’6” tall. These dimensions are exactly what are required for a custom fitted Rhino Top.  The Rhino’s roll bars are 52” wide. The amount of material left over is used for stretching to Velcro attachments to have a nice snug fit of your new top.

Step 1: The ground blind has a continuous metal band inside a seamed loop that traverses the blind on all sides. Using your scissors, cut the loop on top to release the metal band from the blind.

Step 2: Take the blind and cut out one side. Use a side that has a window and not the door. Making your cuts, be sure you cut on the outside of the seams. This ensures the fraying will stop at the factory seams. Or you can use a bonding agent for this material
that is outside the factory seams. Mine hasn’t frayed, and it’s been almost a month now. Once cutting is through, your ground blind side or now “Rhino custom top” will look like this.

Step 3: Using your Velcro, Cut strips of the loop side (non hairy side) of the Velcro to fit:
a. The top of the windshield all the way across.
b. Left & right side of roll bar from front bend to back (where the back side handle meets the roll bar above and behind riders’ head).
c. Top of roll bar at bend going down from the top.
d. Roll bars coming down just past head rests.
e. Both rolls bars where they come together between the seats. This is the location where the top ends, and is the top of Ground blind.
f. Take off backing of loop side (non hairy side) of Velcro and attach to clean/dry roll bars at locations a – e. Let stickum on Velcro cure for a while before pulling or adding pressure to it.
g. Using the hairy side of a Velcro strip, attach it to each loop side to use it as a pattern to cut it to matching lengths at locations a - e.
h. Leave the Velcro sides attached to each other.
i. Peel off backing of attached Velcro strip on top of windshield (the side that’s going to stick to “Rhino top” and put super glue dots at edges of Velcro strips.
j. Using your helper, get the blind side bottom/rhino top front and stretch it tight across and above the area it will be installed. Once level and straight, touch the blind to the sticky backing of the Velcro, then using your hand, apply pressure sliding all the way across to get the Velcro back side to adhere to the Rhino’s new top. Let cure for several minutes before applying any pressure to the sticky attachments.
k. Once the bonding has cured at the windshield location, do each area you installed the Velcro loop side on the roll bars at locations a – e above, doing opposite sides at same time.
